Founder/CEO of Pen2Paper4U, LLC, a conglomerate of service-oriented businesses specializing in Management Consulting, Professional Writing Services, Contract Administration Services, and Business Services, a published author, and administrative support mastermind.

With a strong background in grant and contract administration and management, Cynthia brings a wealth of experience to help organizations navigate the complex landscape of funding opportunities. Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise in successfully managing grant and contract portfolios ranging from small-scale initiatives to multi-million-dollar programs.
